Sunburns and Snow
We spent the day in Arches National Park near Moab Utah. After spending 12 hours to get to Utah we headed back in the car the next day to Arches. It was amazing, the sun was shining blue, it was warm, we all got a bit of sun on our cheeks and the scenery was unbelievable! We hiked up to Delicate Arch and it was so windy. The Arch is huge and amazing and it was so scary standing up on the ledge. Sean said he was glad the Emily was holding up all those rocks (she wouldn't let go). Once the wind starting blowing it did not let up. We visited a few more amazing rock formations and headed off to Canyonlands to see Dead Horse Point. It was freezing and so windy; I refused to get out of the car with the little ones (they might have blown away - seriously). Sean and Zach could not refuse the opportunity to hit a few golf balls off the edge into the vast beyond... On the way home we hit snow in the Spanish Fork Canyon and it has been snowing down in Lehi ever since.... Glad we got to experience the Arches and get a bit of sun too!

How fun that you got to catch some sun in Southern Utah as well! I didn't know you were going there too! I love that place! I am laughing at the golf shot! How cool is that? Blow that up and hang that on an office wall!! (my first thought was when I saw this photo...'I hoped there were no tourists down below! ha ha!)
